Job description

In this position, you are responsible for the development of test programs and test hardware and software as well as debugging on ATE systems. You will work in an international team being responsible for developing and implementing complex solutions for testing chip functionality.

In this job, you will:

  • Lead a team of 2-3 test engineers (define the tasks, monitor the progress, manage deviations), directly report to the Project Manager
  • Create the test concept and test specification
  • Define the test hardware and drive the production at our suppliers
  • Implement the test software
  • Verify the test solution on the target test system and transfer the test solution to production
  • Support the ramp up activities by ensuring the test time and yield roadmaps
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities (tools, processes, methodology)

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • University degree (Master) in electronics/electrical engineering or computer science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant professional semiconductor experience in the field of test engineering or similar roles (e.g. lab verification)
  • Experience with Teradyne IG-XL based ATEs, implementing wafer- and final test solutions
  • Understanding of Mixed Signal and Digital systems, RF measurement know-how as a plus
  • Working proficiency in English, German skills as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
