To facilitate continued growth, we are expanding our Global Business Intelligence team and are looking for an ambitious Business Intelligence Project Manager. The Red Bull Business Intelligence department runs the global applications for reporting, planning and self-service analytics. In a marketing context (advertising, trial and awareness, sampling, clicks and impressions), we are searching for a perfect fit to upscale the team's capacity to deliver high quality services. In this role you'll lead challenging BI marketing projects and act as the point of contact for the corresponding business departments, manage relationships with stakeholders, coordinate a team of external consultants and take responsibility for the project budget. Working with the latest technologies like S/4 Hana, latest BI front-end tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Data Intelligence is a part of your job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SOLUTION DESIGN

Design global reporting applications

Coordinate IT consulting teams to create solutions based on best in class technologies with high degree of integration

Work closely with external software vendors or internal architects to drive roadmaps and solutions to the company's benefit

BUSINESS PROCESSES

Understand and translate business processes into requirements, ensuring the solution architecture and implementation concepts are fit for purpose

Support and advise the business in order to generate the highest value marketing applications for the organization

Drive ongoing enhancements of and improvements to Red Bull's marketing applications

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Manage the service implementation and its rollout to Red Bull subsidiaries

Coordinate and manage resources, budget, time, implementation teams and partners

Lead and deliver projects based on Red Bull project management standards and principles

Stakeholder management, risk management, test management

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

• More than 3 years of experience in business Intelligence or data management
• Experience in project management
• SAP BW/BI knowledge essential
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Self-motivated team player, excellent communication skills, performance and results oriented
• University degree in Computer Science / Business Administration / Industrial Engineering (IT) or equivalent practical experience
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken), German beneficial
