Service Sales Manager - Europe Direct Countries (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Re-active and pro-active sale of all service products (LTSAs, Overhauls & Repairs, New Service Products, bigger size Spare Parts Packages/Upgrades/Field Service jobs) in the assigned country / region
  • Assigned Region covers: Austria, Switzerland, Luxemburg
  • Interface directly with the customer base in the region (incl. presentations, conferences, fairs)
  • Overall lead generation & standard proposal offerings
  • Coordinate with Service ComOps. the preparation of non-standard offers and offers based on tenders
  • Coordinate activities with Back office Sales
  • Representing INNIO Jenbacher on trade shows and other customer events
  • Negotiate and conclude contracts and frame agreements within the respective DOA
  • Prepare and submit order confirmation
  • Hand-over orders to OTR,
  • Enter as sold contracts in contract management tool
  • Coordinate with Service ComOps. on order entry
  • Segment entitlement analysis based on Installed Base in the assigned territory
  • Rolling sales forecast of all service products segments
  • Collecting operating hours on non-CSA/MSA fleet
  • Develop, coordinate and conduct growth activities for the region
  • Develop, recommend and support go-to-market service strategy decisions and growth-ideas
  • Operational responsibility for the service orders, margins and other relevant business metrics
  • Develop competitive and customer analysis
  • Demonstrate boundaryless teamwork and cross-functional cooperation in particular working closely with Jenbacher internal Service, New Unit Sales, Marketing and Finance teams

Your Profile:

  • Combination of technical and commercial educational background
  • Several years of relevant sales and/or service experience in the energy market
  • Proven strategic skills to ensure growth and at the same time hands-on mentality in execution
  • Strong customer orientation and external focus
  • Excellent oral and written communication & negotiation skills
  • Time management skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Team spirit
  • High level of Integrity
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability combined with strong technical depth
  • Experience with the market and culture
  • Fluent in German
  • Willingness to travel (minimum 50% of work time)
  • Experienced with INNIO Jenbacher office tools (e.g. MS Office 365, Oracle)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.390,26 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
