As one of the industry leaders in Software Security Products, IKARUS has restructured the whole product-development lifecycle and is even more on the right track to shape the international IT security landscape. To maintain our underdog position in the IT industry and to modernize our Backend Services, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead for this department.

Your mission:

• Manage, grow and lead a team of up to 7 developers
• Modernize existing Backend Services
• Cope with legacy code and implement modern best practices
• Work closely with the other Team Leads and experts to tackle challenges
• Build and implement an effective team structure to handle a variety of different systems

Your qualifications:

• At least 4 years experience with Backend Services
• Profound experience as a Team Lead preferred
• Excellent knowledge of different Web Service Technologies (HTTP, JSON, Protobuf, REST)
• Expertise in Python and MS-SQL
• An inspiring personality willing to form and build an incredible team(spirit)
