Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist to enable rapid growth. Your mission is simple and exciting: Find new talented and passionate team-players to join our team. It's a great opportunity to join a friendly and international team and thrive in a fun role with diverse day-to-day activities. You will lead recruitment for open positions, but also network with passive candidates, and bring our Employer Value Proposition to life by conveying our culture and employee experience on social media.


  • Advertize new job postings and screen incoming applications
  • Conduct the first HR interview and coordinate further interviews
  • Monitor and continuously improve the effectiveness of the recruiting strategy

Sourcing & Employer Branding:

  • Actively network on the long-term with interesting talents identified by our Sourcing Specialist through a variety of social media and communication channels
  • Through a subtle combination of chats and global campaigns, nudge talents to inform themselves about the company, our work, our culture, and eventually apply to a position
  • Develop authentic contributions and online campaigns that resonate with key targets and differentiates us from other companies
  • Organize and participate to events to drive recruitment and brand awareness


  • You have experience as a recruiter, and can easily dive into a wide range of profiles, from artists to programmers or sales.
  • You can intuitively connect with people from all backgrounds and interests
  • You are social media savvy, and can summarize complex subjects in clean visuals and short messages
  • You're organized, have an eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ideally, you have experience in online recruitment marketing
