Marketing Manager (Data Wizard & Storytelling Champ)

Do you have strong international marketing experience in a B2B environment? We are looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to oversee local marketing in Austria, Hungary, Romania and Slovenia, as well as play a key role in regional marketing initiatives in Central Europe. You will work closely with and report to the Regional Marketing Manager for Central Europe, as well as collaborate with sales and service teams to spearhead content and data driven marketing initiatives. You will coordinate day-to-day projects, determine what strategies have the highest success rates and will become part of our "CEEU Marketing Hub" based in Vienna.

Your Tasks

  • Digital Campaigning & Data Analysis
  • Setting up and execution of digital marketing campaigns for above mentioned local markets in order to generate leads and grow the business (via HubSpot)
  • Managing content assets (e.g. landing pages, LinkedIn posts, customers stories) ensuring content is consistent and onbrand
  • Executing social media plans (focus on LinkedIn), analyzing, tracking and reporting of social media analytics
  • Planning and executing webinars (via GoToWebinar) and events
  • Partnership with local digital media (3rd Party Media, Business & Industry-specific media)
  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing (HubSpot)
  • Controlling and reporting of KPIs per campaign
  • Content & Storytelling
  • Creating well researched and relevant written content
  • Inventive and attentive storytelling with a passion for creating value
  • Working with local and global teams to find compelling stories and conduct interviews with customers and experts to be turned into content assets (e.g. landing pages, LinkedIn posts, articles, case studies, podcasts, videos or newsletters)
  • Enhancing key metric reporting to help optimize and improve the content strategy and to design go-to-market localization efforts
  • Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Creating marketing plan for the local markets (Austria, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia) in collaboration with local sales & service directors, regional and global marketing
  • Executing the marketing mix (65% digital: Google Ads, LinkedIn Paid, 3rd Party Ads, email and 35% analogue: telemarketing, direct marketing, events and customer relations)
  • Managing local marketing budget
  • Providing reporting based on KPIs
  • Sales and Service Support
  • Following up on leads until handover to sales
  • Lead management in CRM system (Salesforce)

Your Profile

  • University degree in marketing or adequate education and proven solid work experience as marketing manager
  • Minimum 5 years of professional and practical experience in marketing and communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point required
  • We are looking for an energetic and empathetic marketing practitioner who feels comfortable with becoming part of a larger global/regional team as well someone who is pro-active, eager to learn and wants to make a difference.
  • A passion for data and an advanced knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce/CRM, business intelligence, customer journey & lead management, analytics & reporting of marketing data, CRM, and sales support
  • Experience in content strategy, storytelling, editing and writing, campaigning, digital marketing, reporting, sales support
  • Active personal profile and substantial practical experience on social networks, esp. LinkedIn
  • Required language skills: German and Romanian or Hungarian native speaker and fluent in English
