Sales Manager DACH (f/m/d)

Tech Scale-Up - B2B SaaS Solution

In this challenging position, you will work directly with our Head of Growth & Revenue as well as our CEO to streamline our efforts in the DACH market where we are experiencing strong growth. Besides taking responsibility for the end-to-end sales cycle with various clients, you will attend conferences, educate our clients via online trainings, and collaborate with international colleagues to explore further opportunities in the US and UK.

You will...

  • Manage the sales pipeline of the DACH region with a focus on the German market
  • Take responsibility for the end-to-end sales cycle from the first contact to the deal signature
  • Report directly to the CEO and Head of Growth & Revenue
  • Collaborate with global colleagues in UK and US Sales to explore international sales opportunities
  • Attend industry conferences and build a network with client business decision-makers
  • Lead demos and online trainings with potential clients, as a product expert
  • Use CRM systems like Salesforce, and ECM systems like Trello, MS Sharepoint, and MS Teams


  • You have first experience in the same or similar role in a start-up environment, ideally software company, finance or management consulting
  • You have a degree in a business-related subject, ideally from a top-tier university
  • You feel comfortable in interacting with Senior Management of global companies and Engineering teams
  • You have a strong business instinct, love selling, and have amazing communication skills
  • You speak German on mother tongue level (C2) and are fluent (C1) in English, further language skills are a plus

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is EUR 34,000 gross per year (38.5 h/week) base salary + commission. We offer a higher salary and a rewarding commission scheme in line with qualifications and experience.
