The Business Process Management team supports our Operations department in documenting, analyzing and improving business processes globally.

In this position, you will be the center of expertise for process automation in Operations and support the business, in driving process improvements through the implementation of RPA and other automation solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

AUTOMATION OPPORTUNITIES

  • Facilitate automation workshops, such as automation awareness or RPA Labs

  • Challenge the business to develop robust automation opportunities with a solid business case

RPA DOCUMENTATION

  • Be the expert in RPA documentation and support the business to complete the necessary documentation/videos

  • Collaborate and share documentation with internal and external stakeholders in our corporate systems

AUTOMATION IMPLEMENTATION

  • Project manage the improvement process from identifying automation opportunities to go-live and solution maintenance

  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations on clear deliverables

DEVELOPMENT & MAINTENANCE OF RPA NETWORK

  • Leverage internal and external process automation and RPA networks (such as IT, Finance, Partners teams) to understand/develop best practices and synergies

  • Understand and drive external best practices and implementations to support operations in driving process excellence

RPA TOOLS & SYSTEMS

  • Operations expert on RPA specific systems (Orchestrator, UI Path, ARIS & Other RPA Systems)

  • Knowledge of MS Application development, e.g. Macros/VBA.

  • Programming knowledge is an advantage but not essential

SUPPORT BPM TEAM

Support Operations Process Documentation and support the business to map our in our corporate systems (ARIS)

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Developing a deep understanding of business requirements and ensuring the most appropriate and robust automation solution is developed/deployed
  • Experience of project managing IT automation solutions, such as RPA from conception to go/live and maintenance
  • Stakeholder expectation management on the RPA programme, deliverables, responsibilities and solution capabilities
  • The delivery of robust RPA documentation to develop a clear and robust solution
  • Documentation of processes and ability to look for automation opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to re-prioritize your work quickly and efficiently to meet new challenges that arise
  • Bachelor or Master Degree. A focus on Automation, IT, Data Science or Process Improvement will be considered an advantage.
  • English (Must Have), German is an advantage

However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
