Job description

In your role you will also be responsible for:

  • Development of new digital signal processing blocks for radar MMICs
  • Development of behavioral models for digital signal processing blocks
  • Analyze and definition of MMIC parameter
  • Close cross-functional collaboration with application engineering and product development teams

Further information:
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (working hours will be agreed individually)
Start: October 2020
Duration: min. 6 months


You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Studying electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable
  • Knowledge in digital and analog signal processing
  • Solid knowlegdge in MATLAB / Simulink system modeling
  • MS Office, SystemC and Unix skills
  • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

A bachelor or master thesis during this internship is quite possible.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry. Bachelor students receive a compensation of 1.914,45 Euro gross p.m. (Full-time basis for Bachelor students) and Master students receive a compensation of 2.242,19 Euro gross p.m. (Full time basis for Master students).
