Senior Inbound Sales Representative (m/f/d)

We are searching for a Senior Inbound Sales Representative to join our fun, fast-paced, growing team, and take on full responsibility for converting sales leads into customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirement
  • Preparation of offers for international tenders
  • Acquisition of inbound key account leads
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience for more than 3 years
  • Experience in leading a sales team
  • Speaking German and English fluently
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

What to expect

For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualifications and experiences. The yearly fixed salary is EUR 42.000 gross on a full-time basis + OTE. Do you think you can exceed our expectations? Convince us and we are willing to overpay.
