Job description

In your new job you will:

  • Develop new Silicon MOSFET technologies - from the concept phase, defining the key electrical features with application and TCAD experts, till the volume production, supporting the yield learning with the process integration team
  • Take the lead of a development project - beyond your technical expertise, foster your soft skills and drive the team to both the project and the business success
  • Closely collaborate with technical marketing, application, quality and product engineering teams to design the right product features creating value at system level and fulfilling the customer needs
  • Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap, together with unit process development engineers
  • Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including statistical DoEs (design of experiment) and ensure process window
  • Support the process integration team with your expertise during production
  • Bring in your own ideas and collaborate to solve customer issues with innovative technologies

Profile

As an open-minded team player in an international and multi-disciplinary environment, you are able to communicate efficiently while proposing innovative and unconventional solutions. With your independent and structured working style, you ensure that deliverables are complete in high quality and remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations. Considering your project management tasks you act organized and result-oriented, even when under pressure. Your analytical skills and presentations style enables others quickly to understand the main message for fast decision making.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university degree (Master, PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science
  • 2-3 years of working experience in technology development or process integration
  • Sound knowledge of CMOS processes, semiconductor physics, MOSFET electrical behavior
  • Project management experience is an advantage
  • Fluent English skills with German as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
