We are looking for an organized, innovative, process driven colleague to be welcomed to our team.
Based in Vienna you will work within our Global HR team and will be in charge of the improvement of our Job description database. We are committed to fairness in job and it all starts with the job descriptions. You will translate from English to German our job descriptions and write new ones with our augmented writing tool to achieve gender fair and inclusive for all age range job descriptions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You research and analyse gender-appropriate language in recruitment (German and English)
  • You ensure the translation from English to German of approximately 60 job descriptions
  • Adapt our job descriptions in our new layout
  • You search and learn about our core businesses
  • You write new gender fair and inclusive English job descriptions based on our needs before translating them into German
  • Test and improvement of our job descriptions on Textio, our augmented writing tool

Signs of success

  • You deliver well written job descriptions both in English and German
  • You identify the essentials skills needed for our different jobs
  • You avoid gender bias in your job descriptions
  • You follow up on the progress of the translations
  • You stand for Equality at work

Skills we can't do without:

  • You are graduating from a Bachelor or Master degree in the field of English, German, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Gender Studies or any relevant fields
  • Proficiency in English and German
  • You possess knowledge in inclusive writing both in English and German
  • Your written spelling is excellent

Skills we'd like:

  • You truly believe and support fairness and equality at work
  • You are familiar with SharePoint
  • Knowledge of the IT sect or is a plus.

We are legally obliged to point out, that the minimum monthly salary under the collective agreement is EUR 1,196,-- gross (14 times a year). We are more than willing to offer a higher salary to potential candidates in correlation with any job-related additional training, qualifications and work experience they possess.
