Assistant (m/f/d) for Senior Management Team

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You support 3 members of our agile Senior Management Team
  • Organization and preparation of meetings
  • Support in organization of internal and external client events
  • Travel Management as well as travel cost accounting
  • Communication & alignment with international colleagues
  • Organization of audits
  • Preparing presentations
  • Writing content about basic financial topics in German

Your skills

  • You have already worked in a similar position for several years , ideally in an international group
  • Your German and English are both perfect
  • You love to organize meetings and communicate with others
  • You are an expert in MS Outlook and PowerPoint
  • You are used to work very fast, accurate, confidentially and in a good mood
  • You like to rather start late in the morning and stay regularly until around 18:00

A minimum salary of EUR 2.868,14 gross for 38.5 hours per week according to the collective agreement for employees of banks and bankers (as of 04/2020). We agree on your actual salary in a personal discussion depending on your qualifications and previous experience.
