Business Process Lead - SCM (f/m)

Purpose & key responsibilities of the role

  • Responsible for the global alignment and continuous optimization of SCM processes across different business units (Fiber, Pulp & wood, Co-products, Filament, Trading..)
  • Focus on Transition Management (FIT-GAP workshops, trainings, communication)
  • Drive global process community for SCM pro-actively in a matrix organization
  • S4/HANA Preparation and implementation
  • PCA 3.0 support towards closing the process/compliance gaps
  • Continuous improvement in process orchestration and digital transformation
  • Working jointly with Business Process Leader IT SCM/OTC
  • Support for regional teams in training/global roll out of new digital application
  • Support for T3 & Amadeus RTO team in establishing foundational process associated with supply chain
  • Responsible for the development of the Business Blueprint

Our expectations for this exciting role

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multi-echelon supply chain planning and execution in a global manufacturing environment
  • Strong business process knowledge; experience with SAP and reporting tools power BI, MS VISIO
  • Successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvements; able to quickly grasp new ideas
  • Deep understanding of MTO, MTS & MTF orchestration
  • Leadership skills with ability to effectively thrive in a matrix organization
  • Fluent in English is a must and knowledge of Mandarin /German would be an added advantage
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% globally

The monthly gross salary for this position is according to collective agreement in the chemical industry based on 38 working hours/week at least EUR 3,650.- with a willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally you will also take part in the Lenzing bonus system.
