HR Manager Site Ortmann (f/m/d)

Overview

Are you looking to work for an international, innovative company with market leading consumer goods brands? Would you like to be part of a business where there is a strong commitment to improving people's lives through sustainable and quality hygiene products? The Site HR Manager supports the delivery of the HR strategy of PS Tissue in Ortmann and is the HR Business Partner to the Local Management Team in Pernitz, Lower Austria.

Main Tasks

  • Work as HR Manager to assigned business teams to ensure professional HR support in all daily operational HR issues related to performance management, recruitments, organizational and people development and change management
  • HR Business Partner to Site Management Team and active member of various Management Meetings
  • Liaise with HR colleagues in other Essity Manufacturing organizations
  • Labor relations, i.e. communication with Works Council and responsible for all agreements in line with Austrian labor law
  • Responsible for Apprenticeship Program
  • Advise on labor law, collective agreement and policy related issues concerning employees to make sure that Essity is compliant
  • Providing assistance and guidance to line management on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices

Key Competencies

  • University degree in Business Administration or HR or Law
  • At least 5 years of experience in a holistic HR role
  • Very good command of English, fluent in German
  • Excellent understanding of Austrian labour law
  • Familiar with relevant HR Tools, preferably in the context of Manufacturing
  • We use Workday as our global HR system to support our processes. If you are system savvy and have previous experience in using Workday this is an advantage.

The minimum annual base salary is EUR 60.000,- gross according to collective agreement (38 h/week), dependent on your experience and knowledge we have attendance to excess payment.
