Field Service Support (m/f/d)

In the Field Service Support role, you will work closely with our customers, service partners and various internal parties to address costumer needs. In this position, you will coordinate schedules in alignment with the customer expectations, ensure timely documentation and on-site availability of our Field Technician team. You will play a key role to drive customer satisfaction. We are looking for talents with organizational skills, high sense of responsibility and the ability to withstand stress.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of Field Service assignments with customers, service partners, internal parties
  • Coordination of Commissioning Documentation to ensure smooth engine start-up
  • Ownership of the commissioning process and creation of training material
  • Travel arrangements for the HQ Field Service team
  • Field Technician debrief to invoicing (time sheets, expenses and field service report)
  • Preparation and automatization of various regular reports
  • First point of contact for Field Service Library
  • Coordination of Tool Tasks in cooperation with Tooling Team
  • Data administration in various systems (Oracle, SmarTeam, Windchill, Interflex, WebReise, …)
  • Buddy for the HQ Field Service team

Your Profile:

  • Technical and/or Commercial education
  • Sound MS Office user knowledge
  • Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams and across multiple time zones
  • Team player and highly reliable with a High "Say-Do" ratio
  • Very good quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment and on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (English and German)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.644,20 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
