For our headquarters in Premstätten we are looking for a

▶▶▶ Head of Electronic Hardware (m/f/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To lead and manage a team of hardware engineers and Sub-project leader in automotive environment.
  • Supporting the team in building industry-leading HW for battery packs with the scope on serial costs, timeline and development costs.
  • Develop a strategy for the team to meet the company's goals and objectives, and to improve the quality of the service it delivers internally and externally. Plan and monitor the successful implementation of this strategy.
  • Responsible for the development and industrialization by team members, ensuring it is in-line with the company strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Senior level manager with strong and successful technical lead experience.
  • Experience of leading a team with more than 10 engineers.
  • Experience in HW project management in automotive environment.
  • Preferable knowledge about electro mobility in particular energy storage systems.
  • Advanced level (knowledge and experience) of automotive HW development in embedded systems.
  • Knowledge about automotive hardware development environment / tools: e.g. Mentor, LT-spice etc.
  • Experience in implementation and optimization of HW development processes according to V-model and ISO26262.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management and planning skills.
  • Open minded to align with global HW manager.

With regard to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we offer the following annual gross remuneration (full-time, 38.5 hours per week) as a basis for negotiations for this position: EUR 75.000.,-It goes without saying that we offer a market-standard overpayment depending on relevant work experience and qualifications.
