Job description

Your main responsibility will be digital and mixed signal system modelling of integrated radar sensors.

In your role you will also be responsible for:

  • Development of abstract system models and virtual prototypes for mixed-signal systems (SystemC)
  • Advancement of development methodology regarding virtual prototyping
  • Close cross-functional collaboration with application engineering and product development teams

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Studying electrical engineering, computer science, telecommunications, applied physics, mathematics or comparable
  • Knowledge in software engineering and C++ programming
  • Solid knowledge of SystemC
  • MS Office, Matlab, and Unix skills
  • Skills with SystemC-AMS and/or VHDL a plus
  • Experience in mixed signal modelling advantageous
  • Fluent English skills with German skills as a plus

A bachelor or master thesis during this internship is quite possible.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry. Bachelor students receive a compensation of 1.914,45 Euro gross p.m. (Full-time basis for Bachelor students) and Master students receive a compensation of 2.242,19 Euro gross p.m. (Full time basis for Master students).
