Our client is an Austrian based company with an innovative approach to scalable cloud video-conferencing solutions. The company is highly rated by Gartner. They create solutions that make a change and use modern technologies to craft real-time experiences for B2B and B2C markets. The company is headquartered in Graz. Working from Vienna region is also welcome.

Sales Account Executive (m/f/x)

Your Role & Responsibilty

  • Account management and upselling based on existing client base
  • Reaching out to clients via video call
  • Holding sales webinars and expanding the sales network
  • Following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • Occasional travel to fairs, conferences, seminars and exhibitions
  • Monitoring of sales figures

Your Skills & Experience

  • Passion for technology and for being part of a fast-growing SaaS company
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a "can do" attitude
  • Experience in working online with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Comfortable in a startup environment (move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment)

  • The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.392 gross on a full-time basis (14x) acc. § 15 I. (11) ST1 acc. the Collective Agreement for Information Technology. Depending on your qualifications and experience, you will be offered an attractive salary.
