  • Experience in Service Delivery Management (SLAs, escalation management, contract management etc.)
  • Technical knowledge of Linux, networking and general IT understanding
  • Understanding of service processes (ITIL) High solution focus approach and a convincing appearance
  • Organisational talent, initiative and implementation skills
  • Fluent German and English
  • Sales affinity Energy industry know-how is an advantage
