Job description

In this position, you are responsible for the development of test program s and test hardware as well as debugging on ATE systems. You will work in an international team being responsible for developing and implementing complex procedures for testing chip functionality.

In this job, you will:

  • Be responsible for production test, qualification and characterization
  • Define, implement and document test cases in close cooperation with other product development departments (system architecture, application engineering, IC design) and production sites
  • Act as an expert for high parallel testing and test methodology improvement
  • Optimize test methods to improve quality and efficiency
  • Contribute actively to test concept and test specification

During an individual training phase, we will support preparing you for your new tasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development, we want to ensure your success in this position.

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university master degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable education
  • 4+ years of relevant professional semiconductor experience
  • Solid ATE experience on standard platforms such as Teradyne and Advantest
  • Solid understanding of analog/RF circuit design
  • Advanced programming and scripting know-how
  • Analytical skills with confident communication capability
  • Working proficiency in English, German skills as a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2019). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
