Jenbacher Unplanned Case Specialist (m/f/d)

In this newly established role, you will be responsible for the Costumer Service Agreement (CSA) unplanned case execution and final decision. This key role has a high visibility and is critical to ensure business success. Main goals are the increase of vendor recovery, ensure a correct cost booking, report field issues into the business (issue screening meeting) and support the functions to define corrective and preventive actions. Furthermore case supervision and guidelines to be established / adjusted in deep cooperation with the Regions / Functions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain relationships with internal and external key decision makers
  • Ability to take leadership of issues and get them resolved in an independent work environment
  • Responsible for the CSA unplanned case execution and final decision
  • Leadership and development of CSA unplanned cases (dashboard (KPI's) / tracking)
  • Worldwide supervision of CSA unplanned cases (main point of contact)
  • Cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Sourcing, etc.) as well as Suppliers to ensure cost refunding (vendor recovery)
  • Request and support root cause analysis (RCA's) out of CSA unplanned field issues
  • Strong cooperation with Finance to ensure a correct cost booking
  • Contract management
  • Customer trips (partly) to explain case decisions / define corrective actions
  • Lessons learned implementation
  • Providing regular status updates regarding CSA unplanned case execution (report out)
  • Independent and early identification of potential CSA unplanned issues of our installed base (=fleet)

Your Profile:

  • Technical background (electrical / mechanical apprenticeship or HTL), additional commercial degree is beneficial (e.g. Bachelor in the field of BA)
  • Strong experience in project management
  • Strong continuous improvement and change management skills
  • Multi Task manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hands on mentality
  • Team player and highly reliable with a high Say-Do ratio
  • Strong customer focus / experience and open mind-set
  • Fluent in English and German (negotiation level)
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with Jenbacher product range and ERP systems appreciated
  • Relevant industry experience, preferably in Services
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to interface and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.390,26 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
