Development Engineer for Acoustic Sensors (m/f)

Main Tasks

  • Support in the development of acoustic sensors for new hearing implant systems up to serial production
  • Electric-acoustic verification of components and assemblies incl. calculation, simulation and measurements in development prototypes
  • Coordinate technical details within the development team, with other departments, with suppliers and service providers
  • Documentation, verification and validation according to the MED-EL quality management system
  • Support clinical studies (willingness to travel)

Requirements

  • University degree in acoustics, medical engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering or an equivalent field
  • Professional experience in electroacoustics is a plus
  • Self-reliant, systematic and independent approach within the team
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English

Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is EUR 37,022.44
