For our Façade Engineering Team, we are looking for a new talent who wants to take the next step in her / his career path. As Team Leader Specials (f/m), you will support our Technical Services Team in our office in Lanzenkirchen near Vienna.

In your role, you will be responsible for delivering competitive engineering solutions and projects for everything what goes beyond our standard offering. You will outperform competition by developing a supplier base which complements our portfolio and which shares our ambitions in special solutions. While occasionally engineering and executing façade projects by yourself, you will lead and develop your team according global Hilti standards as well as establish and maintain a confirmed succession pipeline. Entering on this position, we expect you to develop into a higher role. Therefore, you will constantly work with high visibility towards the top management and you will have the opportunity to build-up a network for your further career advancement.

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in metal trade, employment group IV which states a minimum salary of EUR 2.644,46 per month. We are willing to negotiate and offer an attractive performance-oriented remuneration package highly above the minimum salary based on your excellent skills and know-how.
