WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

As a leader of the country People & Culture organisation, you lead all aspects of INGKA People & Culture practices, policies, processes, regulations and legislations linked to all co-workers in the country. At the same time you are providing strategic advice and translating business needs into People requirements. You lead the Country People & Culture management team providing support and guidance to People & Culture functions.

You have a strong belief in leading business through people and you are a true ambassador of IKEA culture and values.
With strategical and analytical thinking, you have the ability to translate findings into necessary actions.
You thrive by change, and your experience and leadership capabilities enable you to lead in change.
You have strong facilitation, communication and networking skills with the ability to influence and inspire the people around you, both in the team and throughout stakeholders in the organisation.
You have experience in creating, implementing and follow up of long-term strategic plans and a strong engagement and commitment to develop people and ensuring great performance in line with the business needs.

You have at least 7 years of Human Resources experience and 4 years of experience in a People manager role.

You have a proven record of developing people and organisations .

You bring experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating on global projects with you.

A high level of integrity and maturity and strong social & communication skills complete your profile.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

  • You lead and develop a strategically focused management team, each with a mandate to drive their respective function independently in order to achieve goals and deliver the business plan.
  • You ensure that the People & Culture strategy, objectives and actions are an integral part of the country agenda and taking an holistic, business-wide view, contributing to commercial and customer experience goals.
  • You drive transformational & mindful change, by implementing our "Leadership in a new era".
  • You secure and follow up that the country is working in line with the mandatory elements of People & Culture strategy to secure compliance and a consistent execution of the framework and policies.
  • You secure efficient implementation of overall People processes, policies and yearly activities in the country.
  • You lead and drive a compassionate and consistent co-worker experience across all legal entities in the country, building an effective cross-company network to influence key stakeholders.
  • You drive standardisation in People & Culture organisation in order to enable transformation toward digitalisation, challenging existing processes and championing continuous improvement.
  • You regularly review performance and budget KPIs to meet goals and secure performance excellence.
  • You lead and secure the development and strengthening of the IKEA Employer Brand in the market, by collaborating with the country Communication team and acting as an external spokesperson on P&C related matters.

For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from EUR 6570,- (on fulltime base).
We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
