The Red Bull Global Consumer Products division develops and sells merchandising products for international sports- and event-projects (Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, EC Red Bull Salzburg,…) and manages the new Red Bull fashion brand AlphaTauri (www.alphatauri.com, www.redbullshop.com). As Quality Risk Manager you ensure that all products are produced in compliance with Legal and Red Bull internal requirements. You act as an interface between vendors and our internal production team, ensure maximum product safety, sustainable production processes and implement compliance guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Quality Risk Management

  • Act as an interface between vendors and the internal production team

  • Ensure all products are produced in compliance with Legal and Red Bull requirements

  • Develop supplier guidelines for compliance and product safety

  • Optimize product quality, costs and lead times in close cooperation with external vendors and our internal development team

Research & Sourcing

  • Continuous market researches for new suppliers who fit our high production standards

Sustainability Management

  • Ensure sustainable supplier management with existing and future vendors

  • Set-up of sustainability standards

Project Management

  • Work on projects with a focus on quality risk management

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • At least 5 years' working experience in apparel product development and/or production
  • Expert knowledge about purchasing processes in the apparel industry
  • Experience with quality risk evaluations & quality management
  • Knowledge of international sourcing markets & sustainable production standards
  • Working on one's own initiative, autonomously and self-organized
  • Hands-on, highly product-driven mentality
  • Advanced MS office skills (Excel & PowerPoint) and SAP knowledge
  • Completed studies in clothing technology, fashion business or a similar degree
  • Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage
  • Travel up to: 25%

Martin Schneller Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1735 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
