The Red Bull Global Consumer Products division develops and sells merchandising products for international sports- and event-projects (Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, EC Red Bull Salzburg,…) and manages the new Red Bull fashion brand AlphaTauri (www.alphatauri.com, www.redbullshop.com). As Trimmings Developer you are part of the apparel product developing team and are responsible for the complete supply of trimmings for several apparel collections. This contains continuous market researches, raw material purchases, production planning processes and the support of all apparel collections regarding trimming materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Research & Sourcing

Continuous market researches on new trimming materials

Trimmings Development

Develop raw material collections for the apparel development

Work closely with our design team on the development of new apparel products

Support all apparel collections regarding trimming issues

Supplier Management

Plan & coordinate the trim purchasing process (in alignment with the apparel collection schedule)

Raise new purchase orders and maintain awareness of fabric stocks

Quality Management

Ensure all trimming products are in compliance with our high quality standards

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • At least 3 years' working experience in apparel / trimmings development
  • Expert knowledge about textile purchasing processes
  • Knowledge of trimming sourcing markets
  • Strong interest in fashion and functional wear
  • Working on one's own initiative, autonomously and self-organized
  • Hands-on, highly product-driven mentality
  • Advanced MS office skills (Excel & PowerPoint) and SAP knowledge
  • Completed studies in clothing technology, fashion business or a similar degree
  • Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage
  • Travel up to: 25%

Red Bull GmbH, Human Resources, attn. Martin Schneller Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1735 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
