The Red Bull Global Consumer Products division develops and sells merchandising products for international sports- and event-projects (Red Bull Racing, RB Leipzig, EC Red Bull Salzburg,…) and manages the new Red Bull fashion brand AlphaTauri (www.alphatauri.com, www.redbullshop.com). As Apparel Quality Manager you develop quality procedures to ensure the high quality standards of our product range. You act as an interface between vendors and our internal production team, optimize costs & lead times and extend our suppliers network.


Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Supplier Management

Act as an interface between vendors and the internal production team

Finalize general terms and conditions for all suppliers and maintain the high quality standards

Develop supplier evaluation tools in close collaboration with internal departments

Plan and organize workshops with manufactories and warehouses according internal and external audits

Quality Management

Develop quality procedures and documents to guarantee high quality standards at all our suppliers

Optimize product quality, costs and lead times in close cooperation with external vendors and our internal development team

Set-up of quality standards and processes and analyze internal quality data

Ensure all products are produced in compliance with Red Bull requirements

Project Management

Work on projects in quality assurance


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • At least 5 years' working experience in apparel product development and/or production
  • Expert knowledge about purchasing processes in the apparel industry
  • Experience with textile quality control / quality management processes
  • Knowledge of international sourcing markets
  • Working on one's own initiative, autonomously and self-organized
  • Hands-on, highly product-driven mentality
  • Advanced MS office skills (Excel & PowerPoint) and SAP knowledge
  • Completed studies in clothing technology, fashion business or a similar degree
  • Fluent in English, German skills are an advantage
  • Travel up to: 25%

Martin Schneller Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1735 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
