End-to-end ownership of the account management for the jewelry division of our consumer goods business sets the tone for one of our most challenging yet rewarding positions. Your role aims at creating value from idea to shelf, steering and developing product solutions while improving processes, collaborating with a great variety of functions and stakeholders at every level of the organization:
Sell joint value

  • Uncover strategic business needs by deploying value selling skills
  • Develop out of the box solutions to help CGB achieve strategic business objectives
  • Use market knowledge to challenge customer thinking and sell solutions based on insights
  • Leverage or develop products and services and sells those for optimal price
  • Build knowledge and capabilities to solve challenges at all stages of the idea-to-shelf process
  • Increase Swarovski CGB key stakeholder's awareness and trust in our innovations, novelties and range of solutions
  • Foster an ongoing dialogue with the customer, gain access to key decision makers, keep abreast of the customer's business goals to establish a long-term relationship and to make them advocates of our offering

Orchestrate multifunctional resources

  • Flawlessly manage and steer our CGB Circle while focusing time and resources of all involved colleagues on the highest potential solutions and work for maximum contribution to the financial and non-financial objectives
  • Strive to improve collaboration where needed, resolve conflict creatively and follow up rigorously
  • Challenge peers when results are falling behind
  • Act with a healthy sense of urgency and constantly worry more about the customer and less about internal topics

Drive the sales process

  • Assess the potential value of new and existing projects and take a systematic approach to convert the potential into sales
  • Bring ideas to further improve SP output by optimizing processes and
  • Provide a reliable and accurate annual forecast on item group level
  • Fill-in the pipeline with new big-bet opportunities
  • Conduct effective success reviews with the customer Have full responsibility for the SP PnL of the CGB Jewelry account


Education level

  • International Business Management Master; Luxury Management Master; Business and Strategy Master

Years of experience

  • Minimum 5 years in a similar senior role

Must have qualifications/ requirements:

  • Fluent English written and oral essential; Fluent German, French oral a good plus
  • Experience in B2B2C (preferred) or B2C sales in premium or luxury goods environment
  • Background in Key Account Management, sales operations
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to persuade and influence
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strong lateral leadership skills
  • High ability to deal with ambiguity and complex business situations
  • Structured, organized and hands-on working attitude

As required by law, we advise that the collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is set at a minimum of EUR39.743,2 gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into account.
