As Global Head of eCommerce (m/f/d) you´ll lead the development and execution of Red Bull's global eCommerce strategy, with a particular focus on managing the global eCommerce retailers, as well as engaging with Red Bull's local sales teams to drive on-site execution and sales growth on Pureplay and Bricks'N Clicks alike. You´ll establish new business partnerships with Online Marketplaces or 3rd party delivery services, as well as manage existing Key Accounts to deliver sales, volume and P/L targets. Moreover, you´ll work losely with Red Bull country organizations to implement eCommerce strategy, provide guidance and share best practices.

LEAD ECOMMERCE STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT

In this role, you´ll continuously develop and adapt Red Bull's global eCommerce vision and strategy covering all relevant segments such as Bricks'N Clicks, Pureplays, Online Marketplaces and new digital touchpoints (3rd party delivery services, gig economy)

ACCELERATE ONLINE SALES GROWTH ON LARGEST ECOMMERCE RETAILERS

You´ll own the management of Amazon as global key account and local delivery on volume, sales and share targets. Moreover, you´ll guide and support local markets with Bricks'N Clicks and Pureplay account management and develop and conduct training(s) module(s) for incorporating eCommerce sales drivers into Joint Business Plans. Furthermore, you´ll develop online marketplace availability and presence for Red Bull in select markets, especially in Asia (China) and Latin America.

ENABLE EXCELLENT & BRAND COMPLIANT ONLINE PRESENCE

As Global Head of eCommerce you´ll work closely with the Brand Marketing team on further improving and implementing Red Bull's online merchandising standards. You´ll measure online presence and compliance with Red Bull's proprietary tool.

INDIRECTLY LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ECOMMERCE TEAM

You´ll indirectly lead the cross-functional eCommerce Team, ranging from Brand Marketing, Advertising, Regulatory, Operations to local market stakeholders.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 7+ years' experience in Online Retailing with a proven track record, working with global brands (FMCG/grocery industry and/or online FMCG retail preferred) across sales, marketing and insight functions
  • Unsurpassed knowledge in eCommerce and ideally other digital marketing and technology disciplines
  • Proficiency in website management, online shopper journey/experience, digital content/product detail page creation and deployment and online sales driving measures
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
  • Successful front-line retail negotiation experience and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in data analysis, creating insights, embedding learnings and partnering with markets
  • Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams, influence internal stakeholders and understand cultural differences
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, economics, IT related
  • Business fluent English, additional languages are a plus
  • Reisetätigkeit bis zu: 25%

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2784 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
