For our Headquarter located in Vienna we are looking for a

Senior Marketing Specialist (w/m)

Your duties & responsibilities:

The Senior Marketing Specialist is a key member of the marketing team and, by supporting the team in operative marketing projects and by independently driving designated projects and handling tasks, he/she ultimately drives added value to internal and external customers.

Supporting in operative marketing projects

  • Drive marketing projects
  • Take over parts of the coordination of marketing projects, as guided by the VP Marketing
  • Manage invoices and budgets, and own operative tasks such as intranet updating, announcement management, customer and supplier lists, etc.
  • Support marketing team in operative tasks
  • Take lead in miscellaneous daily ad-hoc tasks
  • Lead and co-develop with creative agencies marketing campaigns
  • Look for unspotted topics and take necessary action to ensure that the marketing team Responds
  • Lead the group wide external customer survey
  • Act as contact point between Marketing and Sales, R&D, Group functions, and advertisement agencies
  • Closely collaborate with functions like communications to ensure a holistic marketing approach

Event and trade fair support

  • Drive the organization of trade fairs and ensure their impeccable execution
  • prepare and execute internal events and trade fairs
  • assist in meeting practicalities
  • bring new executional ideas to improve fairs, events, meetings
  • take over short "stage time" in meetings (e.g. announcements)
  • Be ready to travel within Europe for fairs, events and internal meetings (10%)

Analyses

  • Monitor ongoing market trends
  • Scout for relevant seminars and events, analyze and recommend actions

Networking

  • Build a sustainable network within the organization and actively manage it to ensure a positive professional commitment and support of the internal customers

Requirements:

  • Completed higher education in Marketing/Communication/Business studies or equivalent
  • Very good university track record
  • Proficiency in English and German (written & spoken)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Previous experience in maintaining corporate internal/ external platforms is a strong advantage
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience in the Marketing field (e.g. projects management, digital experience and know-how) in an international corporation
  • Industry background in FMCG or B2B is an advantage
  • Hands-on experience in supporting or driving operative projects, ideally within Marketing and/or within an international organization (pref. Blue-chip)

The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement amounts to EUR 42. 663,18 plus overpayment (for full time). The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder.
