Your mission:

You will be reporting to the Team Lead HR Group office Vienna, and your responsibilities will include:

  • Being a strong HR consultant for managers and employees concerning all HR topics in relation to the employee lifecycle from entry until exit
  • Labour law and compensation consulting on all employment contracts
  • Preparation of employment contracts and all related contractual documents
  • Communicating with our internal and external stakeholders, mainly in English
  • Working closely with various group functions and business segments
  • Continuous and pro-active improvement of workflows and tools
  • Being the interface to external providers to assist with international hiring, e.g. relocation service, tax advisory
  • Support in special HR projects, e.g. employee survey
  • Assisting in preparing ad hoc management reports and analyses
  • Conducting exit interviews
  • Being the interface to the payroll
  • Upload and maintain all relevant employee related data in Digital#HR tool (e.g. Employee Core Data, Personal Development Review process, vacation administration, etc.)
  • Responsible for all administrative tasks, e.g. filing, documentation, etc.

Your profile:

  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Advanced labour law knowledge
  • Excellent command of English and German (any other language is an asset)
  • University/FH degree in business administration with emphasis on HR or equivalent field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience (ideally gained in HR or equivalent field)
  • First work experience in an international environment preferable
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Willingness to go "the extra mile", ability to work under pressure
  • Structured and exact working style
  • Positive and proactive approach
  • High service level for internal customers
  • Likes working in an intercultural environment
  • Creative, communicative, open-minded personality

Immediate start date

Ref. Austrian "Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz": The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the "Papierverarbeitende Industrie" with a legal minimum wage of EUR40,000 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
