Portfolio Manager Services Solutions (f/m)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced after-market professional to support our Sales Areas to implement Mechanical Cutting specific aftermarket services solutions for competitive parts & services offering and to grow market share. Together with a small team you will be responsible to analyse the market share and drive parts & services portfolio sales and strategies. This position reports directly to the Director Commercial Parts & Services.

You are an energetic individual with substantial knowledge of aftermarket business. You are a change leader with an excellent customer service track record. You want to be part of a pro-active team who are passionate about the aftermarket business.


  • Match best aftermarket portfolio offering with each customer opportunity (portfolio selection & product pricing)
  • Support sales areas to understand the full potential within each service offering solution (field services and workshop services) and increase customer satisfaction through connectivity solutions
  • Analyse installed base data to develop suitable productivity and automation service agreement offerings
  • Grow services solutions revenue, profitability and CRM sales conversion
  • Monitor contract performance, ensuring commercial risk is mitigated
  • Develop and model value-based product pricing for services solutions
  • Analyse and evaluate predicted operating cost model vs actual cost of services contracts
  • Set global standards, procedures, guidelines and templates to execute and track performance of maintenance agreements
  • Keep up to date of competitor product development and product performance
  • Provide relevant sales and support training on the product range
  • Proactively drive safety as a business advantage
  • Key contacts for the Parts & Services sales representatives within different sales areas


  • Relevant Master or Bachelor degree or HTL with proven track record in designated fields of work
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • Detailed knowledge of the aftermarket business and a sound commercial understanding
  • First leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills - mastery of conversational and technical English
  • International travel will be required for this role (up to 20%)
  • Adaptability and open mind in dealing with customers in different cultures
  • High motivation and drive

  • As required by Austrian federal law we hereby state, that the minimum salary based on the Austrian collective agreement amounts to EUR 56,000 gross per year, depending on qualification and experience we offer an adequate overpayment
