Account Development Manager

We are looking for an Account Development Manager to join us and contribute to the world of electronic payments.

In this position, you will be accountable for building strong relationships with accounts and making sure that agreed service quality leads to revenue and profit increase.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Manage international accounts;
  • Continuously work on ways to create upselling scenarios, in order to strengthen the business relationship;
  • Monitor defined commercial KPIs to reach our targets;
  • Provide focus for agreed services and SLAs;
  • Frequently visit accounts and attend international trade shows;
  • Helping accounts to grow their business in order to make PXP Financials' business grow;
  • Manage critical situations, providing solutions and an action plan;
  • Create new business opportunities, business case calculations, shaping offering proposals and providing management basis information for decision making.

Your profile:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Key Account-, Account -, Sales -or Partner Manager or in similar roles;
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills;
  • Experience in contract and commercial negotiations;
  • High level of stress resistance and excellent conflict management skills;
  • Experience within the payments, financial services industry or e-commerce is an advantage;
  • Fluent in English, German fluency is of an advantage;
  • Self-driven, motivated and proactive attitude.
