Maintenance Manager/Instandhaltungsleiter (w/m)

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual overhaul plans (annual repairs of lines), manage according plan and assure an efficient execution as well as alignment with other departments as Planning, Production, Quality Assurance
  • Setup of structures and processes that enable a timely and efficient resolving of equipment failures, breakdowns, or support during found quality issues
  • Responsibility for preparation and management of the annual budget and resources for Repair and Maintenance department
  • Support other plant departments (Production, Quality, Syrup room) in achieving all relevant KBIs, Quality KBIs, environmental KBIs, elimination of audit findings
  • Ensure safety, fire safety and security rules (legal, TCCC and CCH) kept and compliance ensured at highest possible level
  • Effective management and further development of the Maintenance team

Your convincing profile:

  • Completed Master's degree with a special focus in Supply Chain Management or a degree of an equivalent higher technical educational institution
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable environment - preferable with a focus in FMCG and in a highly automated production
  • Excellent knowledge of budget planning and cost management
  • Solid MS-Office know-how as well as good SAP user knowledge
  • Project- and Process Management knowledge
  • Strong leadership and distinctive interpersonal and communication skills. Proven international working experience is an asset
  • Strong business awareness with excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good verbal and written English and German language skills

We offer an attractive, market-conform salary for this position. For legal reasons, we point out that the collective agreement minimum salary of this position is EUR 40.151,- gross/year (collective agreement of the food and beverage industry). If you can fulfill the requirements above, you can expect a minimum salary of EUR 58.338, - gross/year (based on a full-time job / 38.5 hours per week). Depending on your qualification and experience, a significant overpayment is provided.
