Amazing Office Manager

As our office manager you are the administrative backbone behind the growth of our company! You ensure that everything is running smoothly in our company and all teams are supplied with everything they need to work to their fullest potential! There is always space to use your talent for different tasks.

Your Mission

  • Office management - with the budget in mind, ensuring independently that everything, which is necessary to allow for a productive work environment is available (in top-quality and in a timely fashion). This includes the purchase of office furniture, hard- and software, office- and kitchen supplies etc.
  • Financial management - writing and sending of invoices in cooperation with the sales team, as well as sending invoice reminders. It is your task to prepare the outgoing and incoming invoices for our accountants, manage the bank accounts and credit cards.
  • Event management - organising and executing company events for our team as well as for our clients (fairs, events)
  • Project management - organising projects which come up with time.
  • Travel management - coordinating the travels of the sales & management team and manage the claims for travel expenses.
  • People management - managing the monthly time tracking, vacation and sick leaves, payment of salaries in cooperation with our payroll accounting

  • … have some kind of commercial education, ranging from Handelsakademie to university of applied sciences or university with a focus on business, business administration, financial management or IT management

Starting immediately!

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time (20-30h per week) and offer a minimum salary of EUR 33.500 gross per year (based on 38,5 h/week) in accordance to the Austrian Collective Agreement with a willingness of overpay dependent on your experience.
