To strengthen our Global Culture Marketing Team, we´re looking for a motivated Global Culture Events Specialist (m/f/d) to join us.

The Dance Marketing Program is a key part of our global engagement in youth culture; the constantly evolving global network of Dancers is feeding our platforms and projects. Moving Street Dance forward, you´d be responsible for bringing to life and constantly refining how Red Bull is working with our Dance programs and initiatives (i.e. Red Bull BC One, Red Bull Dance Your Style, Red Bull Dance Connect), our media formats as well as commercial entities.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:


As Global Culture Events Specialist, you´ll support the implementation of the global dance marketing strategy around dance programs and dancers in line with the general brand strategy and global business goals. You´ll realize marketing & promotion activities across all existing and future talent related dance properties such as Red Bull BC One, Red Bull Dance Connect, Red Bull Dance Your Style, etc. Additionally, you´ll ensure a proper and high-quality implementation of the dance marketing strategy across all countries with a focus on the Top 15 markets.


You´ll also support the Global Dance Projects Manager on the dancer program by activating our International Red Bull Dancer around the world through competitions (battles), shows, performances.


In this role, you´ll act as the central interface for all dance related matters and collaborate with our Media Business, Communications, Brand Marketing and Legal Team to bring initiatives to life. You´ll support countries having dance programs and dancers activations in their market, ensuring perfect execution. You´ll define workflows and processes to organize, track and administrate our global dance initiatives portfolio and network.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Projects lead (events/artists) with proven management skills
  • Understanding of the culture landscape, interested in different cultural playgrounds (specifically in dance/music/arts industry)
  • International working experience is a bonus
  • Team player, creative, communicative, self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude and focused on delivering results
  • Strong knowledge of MS office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • University degree in business/marketing or relevant working experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, German and/or other languages are beneficial
  • Travel up to: 25%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1735 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
