Training Management System (m/f/d)

It is the starting point for every training session. It is where certificates are received, and training success is shown. It is our Training Management System - and it is very dear to us. That is why we are searching for someone who takes good care of it. Someone who knows its vision and understands its purpose. Someone who guides our software engineers to develop it closer and closer to perfection, knowing that the TMS will always keep evolving. With us, with our clients and with you, our very special TMS Product Owner.

What you will be doing

  • Provide vision and direction to the cross-functional development team and other stakeholders
  • Create and maintain a team backlog according to business value and company's strategy
  • Define iterations and accept iteration increments by collaboration with product management
  • Drive iteration goals and iteration content via prioritized stories
  • Establish story acceptance criteria and accept stories into the baseline
  • Ensure that agile teams have a clear understanding of what they are developing and why
  • Overseeing product progress at each iteration
  • Keep up to date with agile best practices and new trends

What we expect

  • Previous working experience as a Product Owner / Manager for 3+ years
  • HTL / Bachelor / Master degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Technical skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes
  • Knowledge of agile processes and principles
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills
  • Excellent skills in spoken and written English
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker with a vision
