Your mission:

As Procurement Process Specialist in the Digital Procurement Services Team, you will be responsible for initiation and execution of projects that aim to improve and automate R2P e2e processes in our local entities. Together with regional Super Key Users, you and your team support the global initiatives for sustainably reducing the transactional workload and developing their procurement processes to a higher maturity level. Knowing the constraints of the system and resources / processes in the entities, you drive the implementation of standardized and harmonized procurement process and build up competencies in the local teams to become senior experts in their area of responsibility.

Aim is to:

  • Eliminate process steps, automate and digitalize where ever possible in the R2P process chain
  • Identify continuous improvement potential for achieving 80% automation rate until end of 2022
  • Optimize through-put, cycle, value adding time in procurement processes
  • Understand people needs involved in the process and consider their concerns
  • Combine the knowledge of standardized global/local business requirements and system functionalities
  • Support the Task Force projects in all Business Units/Business Segments
  • Orchestrate Plants Management, BU/BS, IM and DPS stakeholder, before roll-out plans are launched
  • Lead and support Task Force workshops incl. content at plant / regional level
  • Project planning, communication, execution and tracking
  • Initiate Change Management and ensure risk mitigation

Your profile:

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP MM module
  • Find the right balance between Global / SAP standard and exceptions asked from business
  • Understand complexity of dependent processes
  • Good process and procurement understanding
  • Fluency in English, German/any other language is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in a technical or business administration field
  • Experience in the areas of Procurement or Supply Chain Management
  • Working knowledge in SAP MM is an asset
  • International work experience advantageous
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 60%
  • Being able to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment with people at all organizational levels and different departments
  • Strong communication skills and intercultural awareness

Immediate start date

Ref. Austrian "Bundes-Gleichbehandlungsgesetz": The position is subject to the Austrian collective agreement of the "Papierverarbeitende Industrie" with a legal minimum wage of EUR 32,903.08 gross/year on a full-time basis plus overpayment. The overpayment is determined by the qualification of the jobholder.
