Security Change Coordinator

Your Responsibilities

  • Operate, develop and monitor our international security change process with the established ITSM solution
  • Part of your daily responsibilities and activities is security operations such as the assessment and approval of technical change request (encompassing primarily network and firewall changes)
  • Shape and optimize established but also new security change processes to make them lean and efficient
  • Analyse the security change processes based on KPIs developed in and derived from the ITSM solution and displayed in dashboards
  • Interface with and manage our outsourced IT service provider in relation to security changes and operations
  • Analyzing security incidents and threat potentials is also part of your duties

Your Profile

  • Sound knowledge in network security, cloud technologies, firewalling and computer systems are essential - technical certifications are appreciated
  • You have already gained knowledge about the ITIL framework (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) resp. working with an ITSM suite, desirable would be already experiences with the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
  • Ideally you have already earned an international certification in the field of information security, such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or IEC / ISO 27001 Information Security Manager
  • You feel comfortable working in a team and finding solutions in complex and demanding environments
  • You are a responsible and committed person who manages to keep track of things, even in stressful situations
  • Your analytical and conceptual skills are complimented by your persuasive approach towards others
  • Very good German and English skills (C1) required
