In support of our existing team we are currently looking for:

Digital Transformation Lead (m/f/d)


  • Overseeing and coordinating all key initiatives based on our digital transformation program
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to drive and communicate on digital transformation, closely cooperating with Digital Acceleration Lead and wider Leadership team
  • Leading and owning of assigned of strategy of digital transformation program: proactively identifying and executing projects of strategic importance to our local site, overseeing management & coordination of key initiatives / efforts which are often cross divisional / cross functional
  • Tracking implementation success, as well as documenting learnings from success and issue management
  • Managing a multi-disciplinary team, responsible for the Strategy Realization and Business Intelligence activities in the market
  • Providing analytics support to design and drive key capabilities, including business cases, KPIs, realization metrics and plans
  • Driving key commercial operations initiatives and driving key digital and non-digital programs and assets
  • Driving Performance management for instance via Sales Force Effectiveness framework tools
  • Delivery of business analytics, sales and marketing science solutions
  • Developing a strong market understanding, including competitive assessment and customer segmentation, as well as targeting
  • Leading and advancing on market research to maximize customer experience
  • Designing analytical platforms, including dashboards and reports to support the various areas of the business
  • Ensuring all digital platforms and campaigns are supported by the proper data stewardship to maximize customer experience through personalization and insights
  • Developing data science analyses and economic modeling to ensure proper resource optimization/allocation
  • Leading a team of 2-3 employees

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent from an accredited university
  • Six sigma or similar process improvement experience strongly preferred
  • Successful management experience in different departments, including sales and marketing in Pharma or other comparable large organization
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize data/insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Creative thinking with confidence and ability to challenge established thinking
  • Highly collaborative working style with the ability to influence and lead change while building strong cross-functional partnerships and external relationships
  • Experience within Business Intelligence/Commercial/Operations related functions
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills, both written and oral to synthesize key issues, and communicate/persuade constituencies towards specific actions and initiatives
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to vision as well as execute complex initiatives in matrix structures
  • Strong change management experience
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • Fluency in German and English

The minimum annual salary for this position is EUR 56.900,-- and varies according to the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
