To strengthen the global support team of our HR software Workday (based in Sattledt / Austria), we are looking for a

HR International - Time & Absence Expert for Workday

Your tasks and responsibilities:

In your role as a Workday expert, you will provide day-to-day support with Workday's Time Tracking and Absence Management solution and facilitate its further roll-out. You will be working in a team of young professionals and collaborate closely with HR colleagues worldwide.

You don't need to be an IT software expert or programmer. If necessary, we will provide you with all the knowledge and training opportunities to become an expert in the Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management product suite.

Nevertheless you should be passionate about working with digital tools as well as working time & absence management of employees. If you additionally enjoy trying new things, supporting others in an intercultural HR environment, understanding specific requirements of different countries and developing high-quality solutions from these, then this job might be just perfect for you!

/ Troubleshooting and resolving issues raised by users
/ Implementing and configuring the Workday Time & Absence module in subsidiaries
/ Understanding local requirements and configuring solutions that fulfill national and corporate standards
/ Gathering requirements to configure reports and dashboards
/ Training colleagues
/ Creating and updating supporting material
/ Preparing for releases and updates

What qualifications and skills should you possess?

/ Professional experience in one of the following areas: Human Resources, Payroll / Absence management, Software support
/ Good IT knowledge
/ International experience
/ Good communication and problem solving skills
/ Strong team player
/ Willingness to travel
/ Fluent in English, German beneficial

According to the law, we have to name a minimum salary for this position. Alright: if you just finished your education, you will start this job with 40.600,00 Euro gross per year. Those with experience will of course get more from the beginning. Promised.
