Transparency is a key precondition for good decision-making and successful management. As such, transparency is of particular importance regarding our workforce and the effectiveness and efficiency of our HR processes. Take ownership of global HR Controlling & Planning procedures (definition of KPI, HR reporting, HR Planning, Audit) for internal and external reporting purposes and drive the continuous improvement of our HR Controlling and Planning process and as such challenge and support our global management and HR teams in their decision-making.


  • Manage the global HR Reporting process including quality assurance and continuous improvement
  • Perform a wide variety of operational controlling
  • Prepare, consolidate, analyze and validate global HR controlling data
  • Design and build reports
  • Coordinate, supervise and validate HR Controlling procedures
  • Plan, prepare and execute audits and internal reviews
  • Establish close relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive strategic controlling initiatives from definition to implementation (process, tools, KPI, dashboards)
  • Support the operation of the HR Information System (Success Factors) from a master data, controlling and reporting perspective


  • 3-5 years of working experience in controlling, ideally HR controlling
  • Business administration related degree (BA, MA)
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, strong competency in translating and linking strategic goals to operational actions and KPI
  • Passion for figures, data and systems
  • Understanding of HR processes
  • Good IT systems knowledge (ERP, Management Information Systems), HRIS systems experience of advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel
  • Position requires some travelling (
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills (listening, coaching, training)

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 37.298,80. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
