Solution Architect (f/m/d)

s IT Solutions AT Spardat GmbH is the IT solutions provider of Erste Bank und Sparkassen in Austria and is responsible for development, implementation, support and servicing of IT solutions for banking. Furthermore, s IT Solutions Austria is in charge of data centre operations and the local technical service in Austria.

As Digital Banking and Data Division in s IT Solutions AT GmbH, we provide corporate and retails customers in Austria and CEE region a unique experience with our large pool of digital products. As Solution Architect for Digital Banking and Data (m/f/d), you win the hearts and minds of our stakeholders while explaining abstract technical concepts into business value and bridge the gaps between business problems and technology solutions. What you will do

• Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing business problems
• Describing the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to stakeholders
• Definition and implementation of technical concepts together with enterprise and technical architects
• Providing specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered

What you'll bring with you

• University degree in IT and 8+ years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas of IT infrastructure and cloud development, engineering and software architecture design, business analysis, DevOps, and project and product management
• Excellent communication skills since the position requires working closely with enterprise and software architects, business analysts, and project teams. You listen, advise, empathize, and explain.
• Deep analytical skills allow you to understand how different parts of digital banking business work together. You recognize the corporate strategy and you know how to move between various business layers and also understand tech specifics
• Project and resource management skills make you focus on business results and understand how to achieve them according to the given timeframes and resources
• A digital mindset with a high drive to exceed stakeholder needs
