Red Bull's Culture Marketing program is a successful pillar of our global marketing mix. With the strong focus on Music and Dance but also Art and Design as well as Film, we are covering many fields and are dominating selected scenes and cultural environments. To strengthen our Global Culture Marketing Team we are looking for a motivated Projects Manager (m/f/d) to join us. You´ll be part of the Global Dance Marketing Team and have the strategic and operative responsibility for selected global programs and projects.

In this role, you´ll define strategy, coordinate and manage the activation and rollout of selected global initiatives in coordination with the global marketing and media team, the country teams and external parties. You´ll produce and execute top Culture Global events as well as centrally develop tools, handbooks and guidelines for local country's activations.

To evaluate and analyse the quality of local implementation and set benchmarks is also part of your role. Therefore, you´ll identify and shares best practice's examples and develop case studies.

Furthermore, you´ll oversee global partnership and sponsorship implementations and manage the respective negotiations.

In addition, you´ll set a merchandising strategy and execution for selected projects.


As Projects Manager, you´ll support, train and develop national Culture Marketing Managers on project specific matters. In addition, you´ll consult national Culture Marketing Managers on a strategic and operative level regarding the respective projects. Furthermore, you´ll set-up and execute workshops and global meetings. If needed, you´ll organize country visits and on site evaluation.


You´ll align and manage global project budgets. Furthermore, you´ll run all activities within the respective legal framework and ensure all respective music rights / license matters are considered per project.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing culture projects, working with in the event industry, media production, cultural institutions or brands
  • International working experience
  • Experience in media law / rights agreement is beneficial
  • Understanding of the culture landscape, interested in different cultural playgrounds (specifically in dance/music/arts industry), and maintaining a strong network with in the Culture field
  • Excellent organisational and project planning/management skills as well as strong stakeholder management
  • Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office, including PowerPoint)
  • Team player, creative, communicative, self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude and focused on delivering results
  • University degree in marketing, business, media or relevant working experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. German and/or other languages are beneficial.
  • Travel up to: 50%

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1735 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
