Head of Online Marketing (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Supporting the Director Digital Strategy & Marketing in creation of (online) marketing and communication strategy
• Implementing, tracking, reporting and analysing tools for ongoing automated reporting and data driven decisions
• Analysing and constant campaign optimization
• Creating and supporting implementation of marketing concepts and plans for each hotel cluster
• Planning, reporting and management of all central online marketing budgets and hotel online budgets
• Developing, improving and innovating of website, customer journey, usability and online experiences
• Technical and content development and improvement of all web activities and CMS systems
• Search engine marketing and search enginge optimization
• Development of detailed online marketing activities plan and concept per hotel
• Leading, developing, motivating and inspiring online marketing team members
• Close cooperation with the entire commercial unit

Your Profile:

• Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience in the field of online marketing management
• High understanding of and passion for the digital marketing landscape, consumer needs and trends
• Ideally experience in the tourism and hospitality industry
• People management skills and experience in leading diverse teams
• Excellent project management abilities
• Strong communication skills, ability to inspire and influence
• Very good knowledge of English and German, Italian is an advantage
• Analytical skills with passion for data driven decisions
• Creative and innovative spirit

For this position, we offer a monthly salary of EUR 4,200.00 gross on a full-time basis. Overpayment, depending on qualification and experience, is possible.
