Translator with Slovak and German skills (f/m/d)

Job description

For our online shop we are looking for a native speaker based in Slovakia to actively support all translation work.

  • Translating product descriptions, marketing texts and other website content from German into Slovak,
  • New product creation and product changes,
  • Assisting with ongoing optimization and maintenance of online store,
  • Preparing promotional activities in cooperation with the shop manager,
  • Other general marketing tasks as required.


  • Freelancer with a business license (ideally),
  • Native Slovak, German working proficiency, very good English,
  • Ideally work experience as a translator,
  • Proofreading skills (a sound command of grammar, spelling and punctuation),
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details,
  • Reliability and readiness to work at least 20 hours weekly.
