Associate Product Manager - Product Management Adventurer Program

What we expect

Your duties & responsibilities:

The Product Management Adventurer Program (see PMA Program link) offers you the opportunity to enter the Technical Product Management as Associate Product Manager after University. The aim of the program is to identify and integrate high potentials into our corporate network. The program lasts two years and is the first step on the career path within our globally acting Product Management.

• Join a host production site as Associate Product Manager
• Cooperate with Product Management units, our R&D centers and Sales, with whom you work hand in hand to provide our customers with the best possible solutions
• Learn about different standards, methods, processes and raw materials
• Increase your knowledge and practical skill with regard to project management
• Work within the intersection of R&D, production and our customers
• Develop your expert knowledge and skills in the first year in order to take over responsibility for your own projects in the second year
• Visit different departments and factories
• Meet high-ranking executives from different business areas and work in a matrix organization
• Use the opportunity for a six-month stay in one of our international factories outside the country of the host plant, in case you see yourself in an international role in the future

Requirements:

We are looking for graduates from technical courses at universities and technical colleges (e.g. Engineers), ideally with a focus on Flexible Packaging. Related areas such as Chemistry are also very welcome. In best case, you have already gained initial experience as an intern or student trainee. What we require in any case are very good academic performance and English skills, technical understanding and a systematic and project-oriented way of working. In addition, your good communication skills will help you in everyday life, as will your team orientation.
