We are looking for an experienced and talented E-Mail Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Team, based in Salzburg, Austria.

Marketing Automation Manager UK & Nordics (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

Drive Marketing Automation and E-Mail Marketing planning and execution across Europe - focus on UK, Nordics:

  • Manage the customer E-Mail strategy, design campaigns that are aligned to customer segments, and ensure E-Mail content is aligned to appropriate stages in the buyer's journey
  • Work with Commercial Marketing teams worldwide to develop and execute integrated E-Mail campaigns which directly support business and sales objective
  • Build and publish digital forms, including demo request, gated download, and survey forms
  • Measure and report performance of all email marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop regular incrementality testing strategies to ensure highly optimized and valuable programs
  • Maintain email database and distribution lists in accordance with business strategy; ensure compliance with local laws
  • Act as power user for the standard email and marketing automation tool (currently Oracle Eloqua); develop deep knowledge, advise team on advances in technology, and train others in its use

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience driving email marketing programs, media execution and analysis preferably for fast paced retail or financial services companies
  • Experience in B2B and B2C direct response scenarios
  • Familiarity with insource/outsource models and agency management practices
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of email marketing and automation platforms, especially Adobe Eloqua
  • Knowledge of site analytics software (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) and tag management solutions (Tealium, Ensighten, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven strategy development
  • Team leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
