As the International Trade Activation & Communications Specialist (m/f/d), you´ll be responsible for leveraging our brand assets within the Off Premise universe to excite and activate our consumers/shoppers in store as well as our internal key stakeholders. Key to your success will be leveraging global insights and best practices to act as internal consultant to cross functionally work with our International Key Accounts, Category Managers and Trade Marketers around the globe on their local activations. In addition, you´ll lead and be responsible for the Off Premise Communication Framework.

In this role, you´ll develop and optimize the off premise communication framework.

You´ll be responsible for leading the Off Premise Newsticker by creating a framework, monthly processes and content management.

You´ll optimize our intranet structures and space set-ups when necessary, provide onboardings for HQs and markets when needed. Moreover, you´ll take a leading, active role in providing highlights and insights for our Trade Marketing audience.


You´ll act as the representative for Off Premise and our retail business during the development of international consumer activations.

In addition, you´ll ensure that the activation mechanics and POS materials maximize the impact in store and boosts incremental sales.

You´ll manage timelines for markets to ensure that all creatives and POS materials will arrive at the right quality, time and place.

Furthermore, you´ll consult and support our International Key Account Management Team on trade activations and barter deal programs with our partners.


One aspect of this role will be to maintain and enhance the International POS Portfolio of temporary and disruptive displays. Therefore, you´ll proactively identify gaps, new technologies and ideas to better support in-store activations for all markets and channels. You´ll lead all aspects of the POS tool development cycle.


The insights ownership for disruptive in store executions and trade activations is part of this role as well. You´ll work closely with the International Consumer and Shopper Insights team to create valuable insights and best practices. Moreover you´ll take those insights into actions by applying your learnings and consult markets.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Minimum 3 years FMCG experience in Sales, Marketing, Communications or similar, preferable within beverages
  • Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Solid project management and planning competencies
  • Experienced in the development of best in class POS materials
  • Advanced Power Point skills to illustrate and sell ideas
  • Innovative, solution-oriented mind-set with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
  • Bachelor or Master´s degree in Marketing, Sales or similar
  • Travel up to: 10%

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1643 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
